Day Two

My day two started slowly.
I wasn’t feeling that great.
Lethargic and a bit drained.
But I listened to my body.
I took a little rest.

Once I got back up,
I felt that I had enough energy to work out.
God gave me the strength to complete a 20 minute video.

Today it was “30 Day Shred” with Gillian (old Biggest Loser trainer).
Love this workout.
There are also 3 levels so that you can move up in intensity once you conquer level one.
I highly recommend it!

I am going to alternate this video with a few of my Yoga Booty Ballet videos throughout the next several months.
But this will be a constant “go-to” video.
Plus 20 minutes is very do-able.
